The Brilliant Black

We all seek brilliance,
No one wants to dwell in dreaded dark,
Gloomy, murky, mysterious.. like a distasteful remark!!
But will the fair enjoy their superiority if dark wasn't there...?
The contrast makes the fairer, all the more fair!!!
When all colours get absorbed and none reflects back,
It supercedes all colours... Such is the colour black!!
And don't you marvel at the stunning shining scintillating stars and the wondrous moon,
In a lusty dark night, a serenade - my beau croon...
Beauty can't be arrested in one colour...be it black or white...
Darkness has its own charm, it's nothing but complement of light!!!
